Yea just finished listening this isn’t the worst thing in his discography like some detractors are saying but all the praises of this being super cohesive and the best thing he’s done since 2017 are bugging to me too.

The mixing is s***, some of the features / collabs don’t gel well. The yeat songs sounds like he just took a yeat song and mailed in a verse instead of an actual collab between the two. The Lil Yachty collab was forgettable. 21 Savage wasn’t needed. Bad Bunny collab seemed forced as hell.

Track list bloated as s***, intro was one of his worst in a long time, and some of the bars seemed more juvenile than ever.

If those bars about shorty being fat is supposed to be towards Jorja that’s pretty f***ing lame lol

With that being said the Cole and Teezo collabs were fire, Fear Of Heights and Daylight were some bangers even tho they sounded pretty Carti-influenced. Bahamas Promises and Polar Opposites has some of my favorite singing he’s ever done, Slime You Out sounds better on the album, Away From Home kinda reminds me of his Take Care era songs like UGK and We’ll Be Fine content wise. The Sexxy Redd track is pretty fun to listen to and I can hear it going crazy in a live setting.

And even tho I don’t like Drake on it I think Yeat cooked on IDGAF

Okay okay, first full listen with Sony XM5s and I will have to say it’s a solid album. Kinda long, some bad tracks, some standout tracks but all in all, I enjoyed the s*** out of it

but him being a terrible person is what’s making toxic bangers so i don’t mind it. imagine his music if he was in a happy committed relationship, no thank you
