What makes Drake special is his ability to make great music in different genres and I feel an album with just one genre would be boring

That's why he'd never do it. HNVM was an experimental alternate sound that he never explored before, that's probably why he felt he wanted to make an entire album dedicated to that sound. But this next album will be his next solo album like TC, NWTS, IYRTITL, Views, Scorpion, CLB. It will be a balance as it always is
