Away From Home is one of his best ''storytelling'' tracks. Just going over a bunch of moments in his life
It's a good example where the lyrical content was stronger in the album.

LMAOOOOOOOO battle of the glazers. I'm surprised he's being that honest to someone in the Drake camp but I suppose Ak is too entrenched in the media to be shunned or told to stfu. He's 100% right though. Yachty was obviously just hyping it up since his work is involved and it will positively boost his career if FATD does well on the market.
Hoping Yachty takes a back seat or less involvement for the next project because I think his sound suits himself more than Drake. There's other artists even on this project who collaborate with Drake better than Yachty.

every one turns into a professional critique whenever drake drops while they let the similar issues slide for plenty other artists as long as the music sounds gooddrake can cater to a lot of audiences and it seems like people wont except anything but their own optimal version of drake they built up in their head, despite what he is actually going through and wants to express in his music
they want him to be everything but himself or rap about his actual lifestyle which seems crazy to me
I think them wanting a certain brand of music is fair.
I think the music is not heard in depth because people have a pattern for how to react to Drake music.
And this is not me criticizing Drake albums being formulaic because he is doing his part in feeding his very diverse fanbase.
In order to break the cycle he should try to write on or produce a whole project for an artist like JD did for Usher I think.
