This album is gonna be in the rotation for a while. I'm getting that classic Drake vibe on at least like 8-10 songs and I can appreciate that.

It's gonna take a more concise and focused effort to get one of his best albums but that's just not his formula for his major albums at this point in his career. Despite that there are only a couple moments that I wish weren't on here.

• Virginia Beach, nice sample, good flip. I like this song, don't think I like it as the intro tho.
• Amen, actually really f*** with this song a lot. Teezo is great, imma Teezo fan. Drake catches a real nice groove on this one.
• Calling on You... boy this is a snoozer. just real bad, and the first of many unnecessary beat switches on this album
• tracks 4-5, 7-8 really could've been taken off. Adds nothing to the project
• 7969 Santa... keep Teezo part. good on everything else.
• IDGAF... what's the long intro that has little to nothing to do with the song itself?? don't like that at all.
• First Person Shooter... it's cool. it's stadium music, I get what they were going for. I think it works for that but im not crazy bout the song fr.
• Bahamas Promise.. yea this my s***. I love it. This and Tried My Best. good lil rnb 2 pack.
• Screw the World... ifyou ain't rrapping over a beat like this, just gon ahead and leave it off. thank you.
• Drew A Picasso. eh. might be a grower but right now not feeling it.

Overall? yea a break will be good for bro. make the people miss you. 4 albums in 2 years is crazy. I appreciate 2020s Drake. Honestly Nevermind was a great project. CLB was a grower for me. Her Loss is a solid album and had a lot of keepers. FATD will probably have some growers too but it's clear he kinda just throwing s*** at the wall hoping something sticks. This project lacks intention and direction. You could tell he wanted to go somewhere with it but it kind of just falls apart. we have these little radio show type skits at the end of like 3 songs? but where does it go? nowhere. It would've been nice to have that theme really part of the project but it's not. it's like he had these ideas but just didn't capitalize off of them.. he just needs to take his take time fr. work on some s*** for a good year or so. have it all finished. videos and everything long before a release date is announced. it's time to get back to a regular rollout. no more rushing

My favorite songs are becoming Amen and Rich Baby Daddy.

On Amen, Teezo sounds incred. Drake delivers a stellar verse, on point verse that stands out sonically and in many other ways from the majority of FATD.

on Rich Baby Daddy, I love how it starts with those I'm guessing sampled lyrics. The outro is also amazing. SZA does her thing. It's like a blend of hyper-pop and R&B. Although I could have done without the Sexyy Red feature.

I can easily listen to this album with no skips. I’m actually getting used to the skit on calling for you.. it actually feels like a relatively quick listen for a 23 song album
