Maximusdecided to let the album marinate over the week before I decide to give it a review in case it grows on me but nah man, I'm genuinely disappointed. This makes me appreciate all the drake albums I never liked like CLB, this is just zero in comparison to CLB. Only song that grew on me is Daylight lol
His cheapest, laziest album to date. Rappers should seriously avoid making albums while on tour this s*** never turns out good
Calling For You's s***ty skit, Gently, IDGAF, BBL Love, First Person Shooter is just diet meltdown like drake wasn't even trying on that one he just replicating the vibes. All The Parties' disjointed structure and the way the keef hook cuts off to turn into the most generic r&b beat switch ever. This album is just super played out imoIt's sad because there are multiple A tier drake songs like Drew a Picasso or Tried Our Best or Polar Opposites but if you're gonna play the album in full you gotta survive the onslaught of ass your ears are gonna face until you can reach these tracks

Daylight, Fear of Heights, Another late night, calling for you, honestly all 4 I think I could easily do without and if they had leaked before the album, I would pray that they didn't make it.
Not that they're "bad" but just...Drake is so great, there's no need to make mid like this. (Except the 21 joint, which isn't mid it's flat out awful. Ass. The worst song on any album he's put out deadass)
