    1)Virginia Beach
    2)Amen
    3)Calling For You
    4)7969 Santa
    5)Slime You Out
    6)Bahama Promises
    7)Tried Our Best
    8)Drew A Picasso
    9)Members Only
    10)What Would Pluto Do
    11)All The Parties
    12)8am In Charlotte
    13)BBL Love (Interlude)
    14)Away From Home
    15)Polar Opposites

    Scary Hours 3:

    1)Screw The World (Intro)
    2)Fear of Heights
    3)Daylight
    4)FPS
    5)IDGAF
    6)Gently
    7)RBD
    8)Another Late Night

Keep all the Mellow vibes and the hype vibes together type s***

I think the album as is flows really well though but sometimes I just want to stay in one lane instead of bouncing around. Drake might have ADHD or something

But what would you cut? Like the songs I would cut are probably different to yours and another person would choose something else.

Yeah but I’m saying he could’ve just dropped those separate anyway so everyone wins

I’m not on board with that excuse that people been making for years. TC and NWTS both had classic songs left off as loosies. we can miss out on a couple bangers for the sake of putting together a better front to back listen. There’s a reason HNVM and HL were so good. This would be masterpiece tier if it were that length

    Here’s how I would’ve dropped it

    For All The Dogs

    1. Virginia Beach
    2. Amen (feat Teezo Touchdown)
    3. What Would Pluto Do
    4. 7969 Santa
    5. Slime You Out (feat SZA)
    6. Bahamas Promises
    7. Tried Our Best
    8. Drew a Picasso
    9. Members Only (feat PARTYNEXTDOOR)
    10. All the Parties (feat Chief Keef)
    11. 8am in Charlotte
    12. BBL Love (interlude)
    13. Away From Home
    14. Polar Opposites

    Scary Hours 3
    1. Daylight
    2. First Person Shooter (feat J Cole)
    3. IDGAF (feat Yeat)
    4. Fear of Heights
    5. Calling For You (feat 21 Savage)
    6. Gently (feat Bad Bunny)
    7. Rich Baby Daddy (feat Sexyy Red and SZA)
    8. Another Late Night (feat Lil Yachty)

A classic ā€œold drakeā€ album and a banging collab heavy ā€œnew drakeā€ EP, both cohesive listens. Let people live with the first one and then drop the EP on head tops the next week for the people who wanted more bangers. Everyone wins instead of a long album where most don’t love the whole thing. This would’ve seemed way more focused and let both sounds shine better imo. Drake should drop 2 short projects a year rather than 1 long one

People would’ve accepted the younger sounding tracks more if they were under the scary hours banner

yeah he does NOT have to follow the formula of having every genre on one album. We know he can do it all by now he can make it concise like HNVM now

Not everyone liked Nastradamus or NASIR

    Drake didn't drop a classic in 2023
    It went #1, big ups
8 AM in Charlotte is a great song

But streets ain't fronting when we say "For All The Dogs" ain't the RAP album we expected

It’s about the numbers tbh, he was going for a blockbuster and this is the way to do it

HNVM didn’t do well enough for him to want to stay on that path

Y’all think this was his last attempt at making a big 20+ track blockbuster album or is that just his baseline format at this point?

If he takes a break and does a ā€œcomebackā€ album it’ll have to do numbers. So expecting another one for his next release

    Drake Projects Under 20 Tracks:
    SFG
    TML
    TC
    NWTS
    IYRTITL
    WATTBA
    DLDT
    HNM
    HL

    Drake Projects Over 20 Tracks:
    Views
    ML
    Scorpion
    CLB
    FATD

He has less 20+ track albums than I thought

I hope the break gives him perspective and when he comes back he won’t care about the hits, breaking streaming records etc

Wishful thinking but he’s 37 this month so if he takes the ā€œyear or moreā€ off that he stated he would be may be 39 going on 40 when he gets back. He’s already being heavily criticized for ā€œlack of maturityā€ now so if he comes back on that same type of time they will crucify him

He doesn't like to cut songs, as simple as that. It's really hard for him and he's said that before, especially the ones with features

They cut this Sosa verse for no good reason though
