I have a version where, like the video, it is put together with Chicago Freestyle. Should have just been like that in the first place, I think it makes both songs better. When to Say When by itself doesn't have the emotional depth or lyrical prowess of Song Cry. Think he should have spent more time on it.

Of course people are going to like Song Cry more it holds a specially place in people's heart and memory and it's just that good of a song but that doesn't mean someone can't make a version that is almost as good or at the very least good enough to say "I like what this person did as their version of the song"
