This section has become unbearable most of the time. A lot of kids who “aren’t Drake fans” coming to the Drake section giving their s***ty opinion and feeling the need to speak on someone “they don’t like” because the internet has made them believe their opinion matters. Comical.

All he has to do is remember what got him here in the first place. Room for improvement and So far gone is the reason why drake even made it. What did those two projects really display? Drake being vulnerable even if it made people call him sensitive. That’s what he need to capitalize again on. Tell us how you really feel, tell us how the Kendrick diss record actually made you feel instead of pretending to be untouchable, tell us how you probably want to retire but at this point you are too deep in too. When those two records dropped they were everywhere. I don’t remember those records in particular getting any type of bad rep. Scorpion yeah but those singles not at all.

At that time he was at the top of the world no debate at all. Why I’m discussing this popular record vs his better music is because that’s what more or less he needs to recapture. A giant mainstream moment. Because the mainstream moment he had this year was him being called a peodphile over 9 minutes of music, 4 of which ran off across the world like wildfire.

What changed him is beef. Push made him more of that mob boss guy then this Kendrick beef just made him… weird. Not like he hasn’t done weird s*** in the past but it’s kind of like odd watching his moves, and I think he’s making the wrong moves.

Look yall know me I still love Drake’s music but the facade of who people thought he was has faded. He’s gotta work to change the perception of who he is to the world and music is step 1.
