they're all pretty middling as far as food. it's not like they're fancy / expensive restaurants. people just go because of the ambiance. there's a no photos policy. if you're there, chances are you're friends and family with the owners, so celebs know nobody is gonna bother them. as far as food, SLAB is probably the best

yeah. the food isn't bad. it's just the least of the appeal. the owner built a lot of relationships in LA and runs Nice Guy and Delilah especially like a friends and family thing. watch the end of the money in the grave video

also the owner runs it like a concierge if you're a star. if u want to come in through the back door, he'll send someone to let you in. if you or someone in your entourage needs rolling papers or a lighter or something, he'll send someone to the store to get some. that someone was usually Bia which is partially how he became Bia
