They collaborated before the Meek beef and who knows what other songs they made that're vaulted as well, so I don't think that's even a real cemented foundation of reason. Not to mention, they were kinda on odd ends after the minor beef between the two, so it only seems right that they bury the hatchet and get back to the music.

I also don't think he used Future for credibility at all, it makes zero sense. They were both hot artists and decided to gang up knowing how good their product when collaborating is. Yes, both artists' base were exposed to the other, but that's just what's expected when you have two major figures link.

Also, Drake was connected with "street" rap before Future in terms of music (which welcomes an audience), so I have no clue whether you're just missing simple dates you can trace things back to or just creating these false statements for the sake of favoring your own opinion.
