I feel like It’ll be someone “random” that presents it to him. Based on who Billboard get to present the icon award, sometimes it’s family, but it seems to mainly just be artists inspired by the person winning the award.

2018 - Bruno Mars to Janet
2017 - Gwen Stefani to Cher
2016 - Her son to Celine Dion
