It's a very simple formula.

Kendrick's bars mean exactly what I want them to mean in whatever manner paints Kendrick in the best light.

Drake's bars mean whatever the worse possible interpretation means, regardless of how absurd that interpretation may be.

I’ve noticed that. There’s literally zero push back on Kendrick’s angle/bars. Whereas everything drake said was just wrong lol… I think both angles had holes in them and both rapped well. Drake got outmaneuvered and it is what it is but theres certainly some interesting things that Kendrick said which I could see some of his fanbase being like … wait a minute that’s a bit out of character… just like Drake was out of character at times.

No you see, Future is involved deeply with all his 9 kids with 9BM's, while Pusha T bullied Drake into setting up Sophie's Visa, getting her a job in Toronto, moving her into his house so he could be closer to his son etc. F***ing deadbeat - HE NOT LIKE US!!! 🤓

Wrote a whole song (Complexion) on colourism then mocked Drake's blackness.

Said he would never call around bc his whole life wasn't rap, then tried to drop an investigative journalist piece on MTG, creating a s***trafficking ring and daughter out of thin air.

Mocked Baka for having a weird case (pushing over his escort girlfriend when he burned fries), then brings out Dr Dre who left his pregnant wife for a teenager who he later put a gun to the head of.

Said it was f*** the culture in THP5 and then said he was what the whole culture was feeling.

Said that he doesn't want to be viewed as a saviour or especially political in MMATBS then pats himself on the back for electrifying em on Euphoria.

Called Drake a deadbeat after kicking off the beef on a Future album.

Said he hates the b****es drake f***s then takes pictures with them (Serena) and invites them to his shows (SZA)

He won bc he successfully drowned out Family Matters and when he realised that MTG wasn't going to hold up to scrutiny, dropped NLU to distract from that fact.

No one really wants to put what he's said under any real scrutiny bc if you do so, you get 1000 comments from 14 year olds telling you to take Drake's d*** out of your mouth.

to be fair tho, Drake should have went 1v1 later on in the beef

when family matters came out i loved the middle beat but there was a part of me that was upset that he was still focused on everyone else when he had the next biggest artist of his generation who is considered one of the best rappers ever coming at him
