Fuego I think after these few more days it will be over
usually feel the neck sensation at night but the past 2 days of doing expose therapy at night and just facing my daily fears head on been a game changer. It been 6 days since I stop my complusiveness too! Dawg I’m getting addicted at this stuff. I didn’t think I had a lot of problems but boy does it feel good dealing with them head on.
