OVOJerseyWho cares about averages when we are living in a CURRENT technological gold rush with AI? Quote me dotcom era returns. What were they 30%? We keep lagging behind and not fueling research (aka borrowing) and before you know it you'll have to sign a life debt over to China just for modern day cpu (they are going to catch up now on chips and tech critical resources like tantalum they already own all of it). We literally just caused a completely unnecessary market lag. For what? Cuz grocers and fuel were too high? No company is charging less for groceries now that we are paying this high and fuel won't be resolved unless mid east is resolved. Interest rates should've been lowered in July. Period.
AI is not an nearly as useful as it's made out to be IMO.
But yeah I agree with you on the interest rates been too high for too long though, the correction that's happening would be much less if that had been done.

before this bullshit happened today. Now I'm like 20% on the year but it's so f***ing stupid my streak was insane. Now it's gonna be whatever. 10% return loss in 2 trading mans f***ing sucks lol.And yeah exactly if they did a normal cut in July (LIKE THEY F***ING SAID IN THE BEGINNING) the correction would never have been this pronounced.
