wadeThis happened to everyone I know from mid 20s and on. I got a friend who’s fully addicted despite the crippling anxiety he gets from it lmao. I have a pretty strict relationship with it myself now due to the anxiety.
Yeah it’s weird tho cuz I usually used to be able to calm myself down from the anxiety but this time it got me good bro. I recently just fixed my ocd problem too (VERY F***IN HARD).
