Not really. In my eyes, he hasn't started the true summer vibes b/c Snow4day s*** was ass and a troll job, U My Everything was purely a label play to get Sexy streams since she's on GAMMA and Camila's stuff was already recorded (minus Uuugly which was an interlude he sung for a little bit). He hasn't started putting out ACTUAL music post-beef yet and whatever he's about to come with will be heat. Starting with that Houston music video, I know a guy off the models agency that said the song isn't even country - its rap. So just got to be patient for a little bit. With Em dropping his supposed final album though, this week's a wash.

That next Aks stream is gonna hit like crack. I guarantee you if Drake's on timing he'd have told Aks tonight or tomorrow morning or before the next stream "watch this" or "wait till that other s*** come around" if Drake fully ended communication wit this nigga then yea we're cooked. Drake gotta take some time off and let people miss him at this point, no matter what he drops s*** isn't sticking and all these reactors aren't doing any favors i see shaq, scru, and practically every reactor saying the same line "man i can't look at drake the same way". Personally, I don’t think any amount of a break helps drake at all. He’s used streamers to his benefit for a while but that really ends with the stake stuff. It was never going to translate into real numbers music wise… because what drake is missing has nothing to do with viewership.. it all has to do with s***ty marketing.

The 8 am in charlotte video is a great example. That has 8.1 million views on YouTube… you would think to yourself “damn that’s terrible” for it closing in on being one year old soon, but no it has to do with how it was presented to the public. It dropped as some weird IG video first and it was just sloppy. Very much how they handled pushups. Sloppy. So either that gets fixed, or we stay in the same cycle.
