Nah it been 8 days of me having this throat anxiety man . This s*** never bother me and when it did I usually play games which would make it go away. This time tho it never left. I finally did my research and it’s because im making too many changes in my life and that it’s somewhat stressful on me even tho its postive. I also managed my ocd too so my body is trying to get used to the new norm.i talked to my dad and he said he’s talking to someone about it. Today I got some menthol which worked wonderful. I think I need to take it easy tbh but yeah i might go that route if it gets worst
