Drake fans on here think that there's a reality where he drops an album that's so great that everyone falls back in love with him and he does bigger numbers than he ever has. That's pure delusion. Can he make a great album? Absolutely. Will that album be super massive numbers-wise? No. At least, not like his previous albums and that's simply because of how s*** has changed. Rap doesn't control as much of the streaming real-estate as it did from 2017-2019. That's done. Country music is where it's at right now and other genres will be joining them soon.

The numbers Kendrick is putting up during this beef are inflated and y'all will see that when he drops his album. That's why there's never been a better time for Drake to dip. Mainstream rap is cooked. His presence has masked that reality but him dipping will make it known.

Why try to please people who are determined to s*** on you? And I'm not even talking about the stupid Internet trolls. The rap world itself has sent Drake a message. His response shouldn't be dropping even more music to try to win them over or prove them wrong. "Y'all don't want me around no more because y'all think someone else can carry this s*** the way I have? Bet " That's the appropriate response. Leave and let "the culture" figure this s*** out by itself since everyone has made it clear you're not a part of it. Doing anything else right now would simply be an exercise in futility.
