Fan bias aside, I truly think, at worst for Drake it was a stalemate. He did not lose rapping wise, song quality wise, or info wise (if you count that in your evaluation). In many ways I’d make a strong case he outclassed that other guy completely. If you think he lost, I can see why you think he should refocus on something else. To me as someone who thinks he won and that public sentiment will come around to the fact, reigniting it with calculated moves isn’t a bad play for someone of his cache.
