On “On God”, Kanye says «I bleached my hair for every time I could have died”

One of my favorite lines on the album because of the dyed/died double entendre which sort of shows the “old Kanye” is still in there somewhere.

But the last time he bleached his hair was when he went rainbow in Feb 19 just a little over a month and a half after he tweeted “drake called me threatening me” in December.

Is that why he dyed his hair in February?

He bleached his hair many other times though , including in 2016 and 2017. Why would the 2019 one be for the 03 accident and not the previous ones?

Yeah but there is a finite number of near death experiences. I don’t think Kanye is out here almost dying every single day. Maybe when he first started dyeing his hair it was for his previous near death experiences to that point like the 03 car crash. This far out though I gotta assume he’s not waiting years to bleach his hair for something that happened a decade ago.
