I catch myself thinking this relative to all the time I've spent doomscrolling or on some pointless s*** on YouTube or even forums like this tbh. Even Posting in a thread or even a site like this kinda falls into the same ballpark But it's hard to follow thru with cutting all this extra s*** off

I'm not going to act like I'm a total Zen master, but at no point have ever regretted deciding to cut out most of the brain rot that people consume these days.
Ktt/Letterboxd can be pretty rewarding if you're not just s***posting and they're the closest thing I have to social media so I'll allow it.
