Feel like when this film dropped nobody talked about it and Drake got little credit for shedding light on police brutality.

To this day people think he doesn’t care or speak in these issues. He should reference the film again now that police brutality is back In mainstream news. It’s a powerful film that deserves more attention

Drake or any other celeb is not obligated to speak up or make a IG post or statement to satisfy your perception of what they should do with their platforms. Matter fact, I’ve seen many who should probably stfu bc they’re spewing idiotic bs just for the sake of looking “woke” or earning activism points. Also, anybody comparing Doja’s antics to Drake to begin with, just know that there’s nothing he could do to change their minds. If he says something, cool. But what a celebrity posts or doesn’t post changes nothing if they aren’t also actively walking the walk offline.
