NotUrBoyonly if he can afford to sue, like @Mitchell is not suing me over a little 50 dollars I've made off streaming his remix on other platforms because he would spend a lot more and trying to prove it first of all, and second, I've already spent 30 dollars of it so there wouldn't be anything there, and even admitting to it, he still doesn't know what name or album I released it on as a single for on apple or Spotify.
it's a win win, I make a couple cents, he gets to enjoy others enjoying his craft also

Second, you still have to have your paperwork in order, did you file all the necessary paperwork for third. That's why you got two Dennis the Menace, made around the same time and different countries.

If he can’t show that, the case will be immediately thrown out. You can’t just pull up with a random demo without any concrete evidence when it was made and expect to win millions of dollars in damages lol.

We don’t know when it was made forsure without the actual dated file. It takes seconds to upload a video showing when versions of the demo were made.
If it was last modified well ahead when Drake dropped it, we know the hook most likely came from the demo then. Until then, it is a random song.
He said he has and already provided the metadata for it though

Yea, if he provided the metadata then it should be an open and shut case if it shows it was and well in advance. If not, the case is thrown out quick.
My point was people arguing that it is impossible to show the data and that it doesn’t exist. Like it isn’t hard to get it lol.
This case should end quick either way because it is very black and white.
