it's about UMG's supposed treatment of the song, not about kendrick participating in whatever theoretical scheme. the lawsuit doesn't even name kendrick as being liable, hence why UMG told him to go sue kendrick instead. not saying drake isn't being a sore loser or whatever per-se, but the article doesnt claim drake is even saying anything about kendrick himself
