And this is one of the biggest and richest, most well-connected artists in the world. You’re telling me the best he could get to substantiate his case is an AK YouTube video? Bro, be serious.
Without strong and groundbreaking evidence this could hard but surely Drake’s legal council would know that too? Maybe this is rooted from the employees who were apparently fired for being loyal to Drake? I would assume all payments for bots were made in cash or categorized under PR, so how could Drake prove it was for bots?

this isn't a crime, this is civil procedure. he needs to plead enough facts to establish plausibility. They are citing evidence to substantiate the claims made in the complaint. It's also a preservation request for evidence still within UMG. That's SOP for civil filings
