I think it was headed there no matter what tbh. I know I know.. sounds like cope. But streaming sales continually getting nerfed was going to force drake sxn’s hand at some point numbers wise. I’ve been on record saying I haven’t liked the PERSON Drake has become over the last few years. And yeah maybe continuing making and posting comps doesn’t match 1 to 1 with that but that still doesn’t mean I can’t enjoy the MUSIC. That’s what it boils down to, that’s what I became a Drake fan for, the MUSIC.
If yall want me to stop going in the Drake sxn and making compilations or ripping OVO Radio songs that’s fine by me I wasn’t getting paid to do it. I did it and still continue to do it because I’m a fan of the MUSIC. MUSIC that has become less personal over the years, so it’s been a little easier to separate the art from the artist. The guy who made Take Care is not the same person who is paid by Stake and streams with weirdos like XQC. And if he was, he never showed it then.
Drake does not know what people like anymore and is confused. He thought a xqc stream would connect him with the youth but its actually the opposite
