Spotify did a whole takeover for him back when Scorpion dropped, made him the face of every playlist even the ones he's not on. When you think about it, why should he have loyalty to one platform without a major stake (ha-ha) in its success? it's like that lyric in the Family Feud remix "I need a bite out of the Apple like Adam and Eve". He has made Apple Music an insane amount of money over the years and with things like the Views release, OVOSR, etc brought them a lot of people who will be lifetime subscribers. If he can't get the money he feels like he deserves, why would he stick around?
