Fam, I just peeped something.

Because I went back and listened.

Episode 260 from Rory and Mal. At around the 08:00 mark... Mal says that there are probably more TAYLORED releases coming. He emphasize it, repeats it.

They recorded that episode last Monday. It dropped Tuesday.

So Mal already knew about this record, is my conclusion. Just like they knew about Push Ups as well.

I didnt think much of that when he said it then, because it was right after Push Ups had dropped, and they were about to talk about that record.

Anyway... must mean Drake his so far ahead that whatever the Midget might have... Drake is gonna bury him.

I almost starting to think that Drake set a trap for all these other guys to jump out the window and diss him. That he has been preparing for a long time. Midrick somehow fell for it. Maybe Cole talked to Midrick, decided to bow out because of the information he received from him... but what Cole didnt know was that Drake might have already been preparing or knowing about this.

Drake just moving so calculated. During those weeks, while he was still on tour, he must have been working day and night to draw up a plan. While that bozo Cole just went to sleep. "Great show tonight man, see ya tomorrow".

Whatever he has... it has to be some s***.

He is welcoming this beef. He wants it. Trolling Midrick to respond.

Maybe they are trying to figure out what this guy knows about them?

They thought they had him but maybe they gon insecure now... feeling like it is a trap. Going in blind, not knowing what the other side knows or has... that could be bad for them.

Thats really the only reason I think of for why Midrick is stalling but Drake is not gonna let him as he is saying.

Midrick is in a bad position since he started it or at least escalating an already tense situation that been going on for years with his "Like That" verse. He cant just do nothing, he looks crazy. He might be in a position to lose-lose, no matter what he does at this point given Drake has some more s*** he just waiting to drop.

I think this goes further back. First he drops What Would Pluto Do knowing only Future and Metro would know it's a diss. Then a month later he drops SH3 with Red Button? Honestly I thought that was just another song but in hindsight that was another warning to them. He knew something like Like That was coming and they still trying him
