Me calling @Vietbrah and @thankmelater for backup
Did thankmelater even come online today?
The worst part is Kanye still not gonna be satisfied that he's the better artist.. He's already proved this s*** with his catalogue.
Real.
It's crazy tho, cus deep down i believe he still has it in him, but that passion seems to have died completely.. atleast that's how it sounds on this record...
Maybe if Jay takes him under his wings or smth or if he and Ye get close again.. maybe that could spark him to think different but idk
He really loving the popstar bachelor lifestyle too much and all the attention from (teenage) groupies he's getting
Man Drake under Jay's marketing (No.ID, Just Blaze and other producers included) would've been absolutely legendary.smh
That was such a missed opportunity.
The Payola just came in

I don't like critics (besides the GOAT) but summaries like this have me in stitches
"you bet he hasn't..." Kheraj pressed the last key on his MacBook 2020 Pro M1, sipped on Starbuck coffee and said "Damn, I'm good".
Being completely unbiased here:
From what I've heard Donda sounds more interesting. The highs on Donda are really really high. That said, the penmanship on display on tracks like 7am, Kanye is not capable of. I haven't gotten a chance to finish CLB yet I'll be back tonight, but some of those tracks in the beginning sound so uninspired. Picked up a lot around All I Need.
Penmanship in the same sentence as drake

What do you guys actually want/expect at this point though. Seems like this is a big reason people arenβt enjoying the album but I donβt think itβs easy at this point in his career to connect with people like he once did

introspection that leads to different behaviour/lifestyle > that way he can rap about different things in a different way again and spark another mode of creativity

You know he definitely feeling like he could have gone harder after hearing CLB. Donda had mad potential tho

I think Drake will change s*** up when he's not #1 anymore in sales. So it would be good if Kendrick outsold him
donda is a 4.5 would be 10/10 if he wasnt beefing with drake
CLB is 7.5 would be 11/10 if he didnt mention adonis every other song
βI wasnβt hiding my kid from the world I was hiding the world from my kidβ

ππππππππ
even if Donda was completely ass (it isn't) it still has surprises like Come to Life. that's gotta count for something
