ramii'm not expecting him to. you can almost easily tell what type of flows and songs are gonna be on a drake album from a single song. drake is not a rapper that ppl get surprised by when they hear his music. i'm not worried about what songs make the most money b, thats why i said drake is not an artist, he's just the most mainstream rapper.
tyler is an artist and doesn't want to be stagnant, his inspos are ye, pharrell, erykah, and he's not just a rapper, it's no surprise
trust me, any rapper that was already huge and wanted that mainstream appeal could. drake's main accolade is stream numbers. not skill, not wordplay, not grammys, not substance. it's plays and mainstream appeal

drake has never been known for wordplay, especially not like nas, jay or kdot, nor does he rap about anything of substance outside being vulnerable

he makes music for whoever ear will generate money, instead of some with a purpose, message or to experiment. drake is known to play it safe, that's why i think the album is boring and like only 10 max songs are good.
