From the first time I heard the song, it sounded like a Drake song to me. The verses, the chorus, everything about it. I think Drake gave the song to dvsn and Party.

    Anyways: here's are some facts:

    1. While Drake does, Party has no writing or production credits on the song. I've checked everywhere.

    2. Listen to the way Party delivers the vocals in his verse. Even the way the verse starts. Who starts off all their verses with "yeah"?

    It starts off like this:

Yeah, you may have many others
But I know when you're with me
I'm all that you see (Oh, oh)
    F-f-friends seem to always listen
To the bad things that you do
'Cause you don't do them to me (Oh baby)

Listen to that part of his verse. The way he delivers the entire verse screams Drake. Even the way he joins dvsn back singing the chorus sounds exactly like Drake.

    3. To top it off, Drake has adlibs throughout the song that seem like were a part of an original demo, but dvsn just decided to leave in.

I rest my case. Listen and see if you draw the same conclusion.

    Noel production as well

Yeah. It's also the only song Noel produced on the entire album.

Plus, there just isn't any way I see Drake ONLY giving dvsn adlibs on a song. It would have been a feature or something. Only other explanation is that it was a song he gave them.

The chorus for Keep It Going was also most likely a Roy Woods song he gave to dvsn. He sings the entire chorus and the beat is also similar to stuff he's rapped/sang on before, meanwhile, for dvsn, it's left field.

I know. I believe he was laughing about it because he knows he gave them more than just adlibs, but to the fans, all they'll hear are his adlibs.

Probably came from one of these Drake and Party sessions where they just get creative and trade ideas and references. And then ended up on dvsn album.

They're hardly ever around each other these days so I doubt they have actual studio sessions.

Back in 2017, in an interview with Zane Lowe for Seven Days, Party said that Damage featuring Halsey was the first song he'd made with another artist where they were both in the same studio together and made the whole thing from scratch.

I think on all of Drake's appearances on Party's projects and vice versa, they both just send their verses over.

What I think happens is that they both write songs on their own, and they send stuff they think each other could use or would sound good on to each other and then move on from there or Party starts writing something and sends it to Drake to finish or add to and vice versa. That's what makes the most sense.

I think it's depending on whether party is in toronto or not. There were defo a few weeks he came to toronto and locked in with 40 and Drake. He also mentioned that in a recent interview for pm and we saw pictures. Also Drake mentioned their sessions in the rapradar video. Think they just dont post pictures of them in the studio anymore like they used to. But most of the time it will be like you said. Guess theyll have a session soon for Drake album.

They've probably gotten together to write together a few times. But for most of the actual songs they've appeared on together, it always feels like they just send their verses in. With You was obviously originally for the Party/Jeremih album that never came out. Preach was a Party record he gave to Drake and Drake added in a verse. I also think Over Here, Recognize and Come and See Me were all situations where Drake just sent in his verses. Might be the same for Loyal too.

Party has said before that they have a bucketload of songs together that they haven't dropped so I think they have definitely gotten together for some of those. I just don't think most of the songs they actually make face to face end up on their projects.

Nah. Party confirmed that by the time he signed to OVO Sound, the album was pretty much done. Drake just sent him some songs to put background vocals over.

I can hear Drake all over this tbh, DVSN and PND did their thing though. Song is hard.
