Problem is these days people are fans of artist like teams rather than being fans of music. This beef has catapulted Stan culture into overdrive. If you’re not a fan of Kendrick or Drake after given their music chances with unbiased ears then I respect that. I’ve seen people in here give fair criticisms of the album even if I don’t necessarily agree. A lot of other people (especially on social media where engagement is literally currency) have vested interest in other things aside from the actual music whether it’s getting paid, getting notoriety or even just trying to fit in with the masses. It’s all f***ed forreal
