I was just prejudging based off my vague memories of your other reactions but tbf you did like Spider-Man Superman & Raining In Houston.

I found that first 3 track run of CN TOWER > MOTH BALLS > SOMETHING ABOUT YOU... really growed on me as time went on

for reference, my favorite Drake is the 2014 style where he would slow the song down and start singing over it like Sweeterman

Drake gets greedy in the middle but I'd like to think the majority of it is pretty collaby, I mean it does start / end with the vibe.

there are 6 solo Drake songs and 1 (very short) solo PND song, and the songs with both of them are very clearly majority Drake vocals

this is about as much of a collab album as Her Loss was

I'm not disagreeing that it's Drake centric, I'm just disagreeing with it being primarily solo vibes. Maybe it's because I don't revisit the solo Drake songs that much but I personally felt satisfied with it being seen as a collab album.. Final like 7 songs they're both comfortably on (not to say Drake might not have longer parts)

there’s no chance this is what y’all have been hyping up for months right?? i get why y’all rallied behind this, as it’s the closest thing to a “hit” on paper, but none of the elements of this song mesh together. this is not an enjoyable experience. i’d probably take a water break and leave the dance floor if i heard this at the club.
