It just clearly (and purposely) is a tape of leaks and throwaways so I think its funny the guy people hate on for making disjointed albums love this one lol

I've always thought he should try to make more "focused" projects and give us more of these throwaway tapes if he really wants the music out there.

The delays, the cover art, the pandemic, the Kanye beef, that being his first new studio album post-Pusha beef, him barely performing any of those 22 songs on tour, dropping two more albums very quickly the following year… feels like he was already well over that album by the time that it released
