Drake's part with the noticable autotune and the repetitive hook is one of the weaker points of the album together with the part from Party you have mentioned.
But the beat is great and then towards the end Party's part gets really good.

He is a tiny bit jarring on Somebody Loves Me but then on Celibacy it's vice versa
Jarring is a good way to put it, and celibacy for sure one of his highlights on the album
