Best time to invest is now. If you have an emergency fund of cash, it makes sense to start buying up shares cheap using your cash flow not the emergency savings because it’s like a “sale.” You capture the low prices now for when it rebounds

Early next year is looking a little better. Big time investors who move the markets hate uncertainty but a lot of the unknowns are being answered. Supply chain is improving, people are still spending on goods, unemployment is low, inflation is hopefully peaking ( we find out the latest number this morning)

So I’d say start investing a little at a time. Market will still be choppy for a while but you’ll be happy you did it in 1-2 years.
