    Boos

5 am I consider pre NWTS. But I’m pretty sure Club Paradise is pre TC.

Top 3 drake no debate to me:

    Club Paradise
    5 AM
    DMCB

Idk about DMCB but i don’t disagree with the other 2

    Furthest Thing

It has all the elements that define Drake in one song.

    10/10 hook
    1st verse: introspective
    2nd verse: simping

    Beat switch
    3rd verse: hard brag raps

    40 on the track

Now people are starting to realize

really 40 was in his greatest form too one of my favorite beats by him

Yeah, I throw my dollars up high
And they land on the stage you dance on
    We got company coming over
Would it kill you to put some pants on?

Absolute travesty this, free spirit, and Club Paradise were left off the album in favor of Well Be Fine and Make Me Proud

Woulda been more of a classic than the classic it is now

I get killed for this but UGK coulda gone too

always thought that was a nice lil street single or something.

Free Spirit, Club Paradise into Hate Sleeping Alone should have been the album.

    Charcoal Baby

The cadence, the flow, the arrogance, and the lyrics were just at its peak Jesus Christ what set him off like that over that gorgeous jai paul sample

“Luckily I’m The Greatest My Country’s Ever Seen”

i feel the same way. this was when drake had unlimited potential and i saw him as a special force in hip hop. it was a wonderful little song showing a good understanding of hip hop tropes.
