all of them followed the blueprint set by Kanye's Graduation

after doing an in depth vid on their second albums, I decided to take a look at their third (major label before anyone brings up section 80)
it really struck me how much they all followed the blueprint of graduation
all 4 of these third albums are significantly shorter than the first two in the artist's discog, a bit more polished and prepared for mainstream success without full-on selling out, like a refining of the artist's sound for ears beyond their early adopters
you guys agree? or am i off base
Drake was literally studying Kanye at the time Lol
All of em studied kanye to some extent if we're being real, I think it's the most obvious when it came to album 3 though
I hope you said Damn was his 3rd "major label" album cause them comments are probably gonna hyperfixate on that

Man I made it a whole section in the sophomore albums video, they still spent half the time commenting on that, and another big youtuber made a post about it too, so I did it again but I'm sure people will ignore me again
Astroworld and Coloring Book (technically) as well
In some ways for sure. They're not significantly shorter than the previous albums in those artists' discogs though
