Yeah I dont think he intends this to be a limited hype thing. Ive only seen small brands like Argos (fragrances) and Overose (candles) sell out because they cant get enough fragrance oil to keep up with demand. Drake works with one of the largest fragrance oil companies in the world

Drake can't price the candles that low. First of all, he's working with a world renowned perfumer. Just based off his name and brand alone, his services won't come cheap and so the candles will have to be priced high enough for Drake's brand to turn a reasonable amount of profit.
