lmao why you tagging J in your post as if he knows??

stadiums are dumb and s*** for the fans, Drake always been putting out for the fans on tour and it seems like he cares about that interaction with the crowd you can see it in his performances

i mean maybe his ego is that hurt, but i think it'd be a weird thing to do and i doubt it, especially if you tagging @Real lmfao

There's just no way we have Kendrick stans making Drake prediction threads from their daily delusions

    What's going on

Nothing to talk about Kendrick beside the beef that involves DRAKE can we blame them?

Is it too echoey? I always imagined that’s what a stadium show would sound like and that’s why I never wanted to go.

It depends on where you are. They try to spread the speakers out but it's not perfect

I saw Bruce Springsteen at Wrigley Field once and they tried to accommodate all of the outfield seats with a couple big speakers propped up on the ground it wasn't horrible but you don't feel immersed in any way

Arenas can sound echoey because of the roof/poor acoustics but stadiums can feel like you're not really part of the experience if you're too far away

Incoming JBP commentary on Drake being forced to tour

Imagine if Drake does the disses live in LA and screams “and tell that f***ing midget to drop” before ending the show

He’s such a lackadaisical performer but since he’s Drake he’ll sell out im surprised he wasn’t doing stadiums before

Ain’t no one even singing along just standing there

  • Stadiums are a headache for everyone involved and take more money out of the artist pocket but drake has been turning down a stadium tour for like 5 years including for the last one so this wouldn’t be surprising in the least

  • Folks had looked out for me and got me some tixs for the stadium show in Glendale Arizona before he switched up

They care more about what Drake does next career-wise than Kendrick.

Looks like the stomach issues he was talking about where taking place lmao

  • Jul 25, 2024

he does back to back in arenas when he does big cities the problem is probably the acoustics and justifying the stage space if you not going to dance or play a instrument

This is common with most concerts tbh. I guess it’s especially egregious at his shows since it a medley set. But I seen it at artists of this levels size because they are just that popular, you have a lot of “just play me the hits” fans who are also there to just finally see this superstar favorite of theirs (starstruck)

Like when I was at Travis for Utopia, there was a dude next to me and I asked him what he’s excited to see. Bro said sicko mode…I gave him a then I remembered that this is actually pretty normal for a mainstream act. So I was just like “oh yea that usually plays towards the end, but the rest of the show about to be craaazy.” When sicko mode came on, bro went from just standing there to going crazy. All fans are different. But the standing around, waiting for your favorite song x1000s of people is common. Some people just there to experience the artist and their favorite 2-3 songs

He’s been doing 4-5 nights at major markets like NYC, TOR, LA, London which is the equivalent of a stadium show

hes not wrong. i saw metallica in a stadium last year and it was f***ing trash, despite being the most expensive ticket i ever bought
