This tour is obviously to make up for the cities he missed last time due to FATD.
And it only makes sense to have cole as they are both featured on eachothers albums and if you havent noticed already cole has been the guy drake kept bringing out during the its all a blur tour

He already went to all the major cities for the first leg of the tour. This is the second leg so it was never going to be the same cities. I actually think it’s dope these smaller cities are getting a chance to see Drake and Cole. When artists get to a certain level they usually ignore these places so this is pretty cool they are giving people who probably haven’t seen them in years a chance to see them.
