I don't think any promoter in Portugal has the type of money to pull a headlining show from Drake here. They are also really averse to Hip Hop in general...
Unfortunately, the only scenario in which I see him coming here would be through a headlining slot at a big festival (i.e. Rock in Rio or Nos Alive), similar to what he did with his South America dates earlier in the year.

The Denver show is different than most. It’s a postponed tour date from the first leg. People already have tickets for that date
