Yeah, yeah, I know, how many Drake threads can ktt spawn but hear me out. The critical reception to DLDT has caught me by surprise. Yea I know it wasn't anything special but it was literally a compilation of loosies/leaks to hold fans over till the actual abum. How has this created this wave of Drake think pieces going over everyone's disappointment with a percieved creative slump? Especially seeing as the album could invalidate all those pieces. Why not wait till the album to get those thoughts off your chest? Tbh, I think Drake's biggest sin has been giving us too much music. He really should take bigger breaks between albums to bulid the appetite for the next one. Quite frankly, Scorpion and More Life should've been one album. Question is, where does he go creatively from here tho? What would y'all like to see him rap about?
