Eh, I wouldn't say it is. Like I said, I doubt Drake still holds hate for him but that doesn't mean they'll be friends. Kanye has done way too much snake s*** to Drake for Drake to think Kanye can automatically change and they can become the best of friends. His beef with other rappers was always over petty s*** like women or them being envious. That's always something people can outgrow.

I think the thing that annoyed Drake the most was Kanye spilling details about his son to Pusha right after Drake told him about it. That's probably unforgivable and showed exactly who Kanye has been all along and Laugh Now Cry Later was filled with shots at Kanye and that song dropped over 2 years removed from 2018 so yeah, I'd say Drake isn't over what Kanye did to him yet.
