I hate the fact that nowadays artists (NOT JUST RAP) are getting famous based on their f***ing entertainment value of being stupid as f*** on social media and s*** and not based on their music. Like what the f***? I don't give a s*** call me a boomer, but most of you people are idiots who need constant stimulation to consider an "artist still relevant" and it's annoying as f***. Why do you think the music comes out so bad? Because you aren't even paying attention to it, all you are doing is caring about the artists entertainment value. SMFH

Not that it’s all the fault of any artists exactly, it’s just the social media- streaming generation and it’s how you move. If MJ or Prince came out today they might have to be 6ix9ine

I mean I kind of disagree with you that just because an artists personality or persona is well known that makes their art or cred less than others. I only made it half way through the thread what examples do you have of artists that do this?
