aight so every song has grown on me after 4 listens, this tape is really great as a whole, it’s much more aggressive than anything else in Gunna’s discog. you can tell he was focused on the bars for this one, as there’s a lot of really hard quotables.

the features are nice for the most part outside of the unnecessary Chris Brown and Nechie verses, with the highlights being Future on Pushing P and Thug on Mop.

also Metro, Wheezy, and Taurus are like Gunna’s holy trinity lmao. i don’t really wanna hear him over beats from any other mainstream producers, he’s always locked in with the aforementioned names. they did a good job of picking 18 pretty cohesive beats for this one without any of em sounding like clones of another. the icy, cyclical synth and guitar melodies over the heavy bass are perfect matches for Gunna’s smooth ass flows.
