fendii feel like the label doesn't give her enough freedom to be creative. they probably forced the Pop EDM style onto her and now she can't get rid of it
hopefully she switches things up on her next project
That s*** is heartbreaking because it happens to so many pop acts. It squanders creativity and limits them in every way. I would say that I hope her next album delivers but this is the second time she dropped the ball. So I won't be checking out for any of her future music.

This is the reason why we need to get Charli XCX and Carly Rae Jepsen back into the mainstream because their s*** is so much more cutting edge and entertaining. This s*** is so underwhelming I can't believe people were hyping her up to be the next big thing in pop when she ain't even making good songs lmao
Her album isn't in their league but there are hits on it and it is a quality commercial pop album. Which is rare in this age and I do feel like it's going to launch into bigger territory if she plays it right and gives quality visuals because don't start now and physical vids were ok but she needs that high budget s***.

I agree I do like the basslines on a lot of these cuts. I think it's Dua's vocals that fall short on the record tbh
I feel they could've amp the production more on this album to make it crazier and more grand.

This sound just works for her, damn near everything is extremely catchy earworms & well produced. Love the disco influence and itās so cohesive. Great dance centric album.
Not really feeling the last 2 songs much but they arenāt bad.
