even the extended version of houdini has lost its’ charm for me this whole sound is so plain

i hear training season a lot and I really don't like it. Something very sterile and boring about it (and yes her earlier stuff def had a sort of cool and clinical vibe that probably overlaps a lil bit with this but idk the song writing felt better there)

Does she strictly make dance music now? Some variety would be nice. Even most of her song tempos seem to be in a similar range.

it's largely produced by kevin parker and she cited primal scream and massive attack as influences, so we'll see with the other remaining tracks lol
