I'm saying one 3 hour movie could've been an epic standalone. Denis is a mastermind so he's delivering hits but making this into a trilogy is just studio greed not a creative decision

Jesus, what an awful take. Putting these two books into one f***ing three hour movie is truely one of the worst ideas ever.

He shoulda pitched it as a 5-6 movie epic imo. At least that way you cover Paul’s entire arc up until the end of Children of Dune.
