Anyone thinking this would’ve been anything other than a mixed bag was kidding themselves. It’s extremely rare for a show to go through so many creative changes as this one has and still come out the other end as impeccably made television.

Literally the only reason this first season is 6 episodes instead of the usual 8 or 10 is because they blew the f***ing budget on so many rewrites and reshoots that they could only afford 6 hours. These episodes are gonna be overstuffed to the gills, mark my words
